General Terms & Conditions

1. Check in and use of the hotel's leisure facilities are available to incoming guests from 3:00pm on the day of arrival.

2. Check out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.

3. Latest check in time 10pm.

4. Children are welcome in the hotel family suites, however, we do observe an 8:30pm watershed in the public areas of the hotel for children under the age of 12 years.

5. Pets are accepted in the Mews Apartments only - not within the hotel itself. Please call and check availability before booking if you are planning on bringing pets.

6. Please note that Losehill House has a total no smoking policy.

7. A non refundable deposit of 15% will be required to secure a reservation. The balance will be paid on arrival.

8. Prices are per room.

9. Discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to accommodation charges and 10% to food and beverage in the restaurant. 100% of all service charges will be paid to our exceptional team and will reward their efforts.
   

   
   Cancellation Policy

   All deposits are non refundable.

   Full pre payments for special offer rates/ Spa Treatments & Packages are non refundable.

   Cancellations made up to 7 clear working days of the commencement of the booking will incur no further charges.

   Cancellations after this time but up to 24 hours prior to the booking commencement will incur 50% of the total booking cost.

   Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full rate for the duration of the proposed stay.  The management will make every effort in these circumstances to re let the accommodation, but this policy is there for the avoidance of doubt should this not be possible.

Gift Card & Experience Terms & Conditions

1. Validity - All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is final

   and cannot be extended unless a Voucher Extension is purchased (see Voucher Extension Terms & Conditions).

2. Redemption - Vouchers can only be redeemed at Losehill House Hotel & Spa and must be presented upon arrival.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable - Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for

   cash. No change or credit will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used.

4. Advance Booking Required - All experiences and stays must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Possession of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation on a specific date.

5. Exclusions & Restrictions - Some vouchers may have blackout dates, such as peak holiday periods or special event

   days. Any restrictions will be stated at the time of purchase.

6. Price Adjustments - If the price of an experience or package increases before the voucher is redeemed, guests may

   be required to pay the difference.

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers - Losehill House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacements will

   not be issued.

8. No Further Discounts - Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or

   packages, unless specified otherwise.

9. Alcohol & Age Restrictions - Vouchers including alcoholic beverages can only be redeemed by guests aged 18 or over.

   ID may be required.

10. Rescheduling & Cancellations - If a booking made using a voucher is cancelled within our standard cancellation

    period, the voucher will remain valid for rebooking. However, if a guest fails to attend a booking without notice, the

    voucher may be considered redeemed in full.

11. Service-Specific Terms - Some vouchers may have additional terms based on the specific service they cover (e.g.,

    spa treatments, dining experiences, or accommodation). These will be detailed in the voucher description.

12. Right to Amend - Losehill House Hotel & Spa reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

    Voucher Extension - Terms & Conditions

    1. Eligibility - Voucher extensions can only be applied to valid, unexpired vouchers issued by Losehill House Hotel & Spa. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.

    2. Extension Period - Extensions are available for either 3 months (£25) or 6 months (£50) from the original expiry date.

    3. Non-Refundable - The extension fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    4. Single Extension Only - Each voucher can be extended only once. Further extensions will not be permitted.

    5. Price Adjustments - If the prices of services or experiences change during the extended period, any difference in cost may be payable at the time of booking.

    6. Limited Availability - Extensions do not guarantee availability for preferred dates. All bookings remain subject to availability.

    7. Booking Terms - All other standard booking and cancellation policies remain applicable.

    8. How to Extend - Guests must request an extension before the voucher expires by contacting our reception team.

    9. Payment for the extension must be made at the time of request.

    10. Losehill House Hotel & Spa reserves the right to amend or withdraw this extension offer at any time without prior notice.
