Feeling creative this Valentine's Day?
Our head chef, Simon Harrison, has put together a delicious, quick and easy chocolate truffle recipe to help you make a few sweet treats to make the perfect Valentine's Day gift.
Ingredients:
300g dark chocolate
30g butter
250g double cream
Optional - add nuts, dried fruit or white chocolate chips to the mixture
Instructions:
Bring the cream to boil, then add the chocolate and butter to the pan.
Stir the mixture until the chocolate and butter have dissolved.
When the mixture has set and is cool, you can begin to mould your truffles into spheres.
To add a final touch to your truffles, you can either roll them into finely chopped nuts or cocoa powder.
