Grafene offers a truly unique dining experience in the heart of Manchester City signed Paul and Kathryn Roden.
Losehill chef Darren Goodwin has drawn up an all-day food offering, from breakfast through to afternoon tea and dinner. Dinner guests will be able to choose from a daily-changing a la carte menu, a seven-course tasting experience and a selection of small plates.
Grafene has an open pastry kitchen and is home to the Island bar. The Island serves light bites, vintage champagne, local beers and scientifically-inspired signature cocktails. The restaurant also has two private dining areas dedicated to wine tastings and pairings.
