We have been preparing to reopen our doors once again and look forward to showing off our new renovations and we have introduced a range of measures to keep everyone COVID-secure.
One of those new additions to our already thorough cleaning programme is the addition of Safe2Stay aerosol. Every room will be sprayed thoroughly before and after every stay with Safe2Stay Room Sanitiser. Developed for the aeronautical industry this spray kills 99.9% of viruses, bugs, and bacteria including coronaviruses.
Owners Paul and Kathryn Roden recently took part in an interview with Safe2Stay to give away a few more secrets about the renovations that have been taking place during lockdown and the positive attitude they have maintained throughout this difficult period.
Interviewer: What about things for the “new normal” because some people are nervous, what can they expect?
Paul: We took a long time to draw up our action plan as we still want the hotel to have that warm and peaceful feeling to it. We have implemented the latest technology and highest cleaning standards to get us ready for a safer normal with a specific focus on customer experience.

Paul: We have had The entire bedroom door locking system upgraded and a new App to allow for online check-in and contactless entry using your phone, along with remote check-out: All helping to ensure we are COVID-19 safe whilst ultimately improving experience.
We have been following the government guidance and have several other new measures we’ve implemented including social distancing, stringent measures around food preparation and delivery including pre-ordering and carefully managing our supply chains.
Interviewer: And you know what we (at Safe2Stay) want you to tell everyone?
Paul: Yes of course… We have implemented Safe2Stay total room sanitisers. It’s a sanitising fogging system that has passed BS EN 14476 standards meaning this system is effective against enveloped viruses.
That is the last thing we’re doing to the rooms before a new guest arrives, giving them total peace of mind during their stay. The rooms here have always been a sanctuary and Safe2Stay are helping us keep it that way moving forward.
