We're very happy to be featuring in the Sheffield Cook Book, coming out in early May. The Sheffield Cook Book is a venture in conjunction with EAT Sheffield; the book will feature "the stories and recipes behind some of Sheffield's finest food producers; restaurant, café bars, growers, gastro pubs, farm shop, delicatessens and food industry providers".
We will be entering a few dishes, one of which will feature The Sheffield Honey Company who are an artisan producer of premium quality local English honey and supply the honey we use in our restaurant.
The Sheffield Cook Book team came to visit to take pictures of the dishes to be featured in the book.
The books have been recently printed and will be available in early May.
